June also saw The Melodrome’s first outing to this Guinness World Record Breaking one day free festival of music, comedy, street theatre & art in the centre of Ulverston. We hosted a line-up of first class talent on the Melodrome and the Minidrome and packed the streets with dancing and laughter from a crowd that just grew all day. The whole day was a triumph, Ulverston welcomed all its visitors with the same Cumbrian warmth and we made lots of new friends and contacts and have had artists who played on the stage that day return and play for us at gigs later in the year, our visitors’ book is filling up fast!
